Information: Svetoslav Drumev is the Managing Director of Sofia City Оffice which executes the deals in the area of the city of Sofia. After starting work as a broker at the mother-agency in 2004 Svetoslav manages to strengthen his position in just a few months and later takes over the management of the office. Svetoslav owes the excellent results to his responsible attitude to work, to his experience with local and foreign investors, as well as to his loyalty to the business partners.

Svetoslav was born in the town of Stara Zagora and graduated the elite Secondary School of Mathematics in his home town. He then moved to Sofia where he graduated the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts, specialty Public Speech.

Currently Svetoslav continues to personally manage the deals in the office as he himself meets with clients, organizes property views and makes a great part of the sales. His contacts with local developers allow the office to receive exclusive sale rights of the developments offered. Some of Svetoslav’s priorities include negotiations with investors, the expanding of the activities of the office, as well as the setting up and managing of an effective team.

At the end of 2007 Svetoslav Drumev was awarded the annual LUXIMOTI prize for Exceptional Contribution to the Company’s Development. Again, in 2008 Drumev and his office were awarded with the company award for Highest Number of luxuty property sales for 2008.
