The warehouse is on two levels, while the second level includes office premises, a laboratory and a bathroom. There is a fire panel.

In front of the mill there is a metal shed with sizes of 14 meters x 4 meters and a height of 5 meters. From the front door to the main building leads a convenient asphalted road for trucks. There is also an asphalted parking with an area of 240 sq.m. The property is fenced by a network.
