The building has five floors with elevator and is located in the upper part of the "Saint Nikola" which provides: extensive sea views, tranquility and beauty of life in nature, combined with proximity to the sea and the center of Varna.

The complex is located 3 kilometers from the city center over the Sea Garden and "Piccadilly Park." It has all the necessary communications.

The common parts of the building and the courtyard of the complex are well maintained. There are separate parking spaces outside the courtyard of the complex.

The apartment is situated on the fifth and sixth floor.

The total area of the apartment is 195 sq. m. and is distributed as follows:

First level:

Reservation
Apartment "Marine" can be booked immediately by paying 50% of the amount.On the day of accommodation the damage deposit, which will be returned upon departure if there are no damages found.
On the day of accommodation the remaining amount for the rental period shall be paid.
