We offer you a one-bedroom apartment for rent, located in one of the most sought out resorts near Varna, Chaika.

Chaika is a resort and a residential area, located between the resorts of “Golden Sands” and “Sunny Day”. The area is known for its local beach, Cabacum. There are numerous hotels, shops, restaurants, private villasand University. For those who wish to go sightseeing, there is a medieval monastery Aladza, Alen Mak, and the only one cable way on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast.

The apartment is set on the ground floor of a new gated building with an outdoor swimming pool.

The property’s area is 48 sq.m, comprising an entrance hall, a kitchen with a sitting corner, a bedroom, a bathroom / WC and a terrace.

RESERVATION
The apartment “Elsa” can be reserved by paying a deposit amounting 50% of the total rental price for the chosen period. On the day of arrival a refundable deposit is due to be piad.

RENTAL PRICE AS PER PERIOD OF STAY

• 230 Euros per month for long period of stay (minimum 12 months), plus 260 Euros damage deposit. The rental price does not include the cost of consumables: electricity, water, cable TV and Internet.
• 490 Euros per month for short period of stay (minimum 1 month ), plus 300 Euros damage deposit. The rental price does not include the cost of consumables: electricity, water, cable TV and Internet.
