Reservation:
The flat is available for long term rent ( minimum 6 months ). The apartment can be reserved right away, by paying a one month rent. The renting price is 550 Euro per month and does not include: cable TV, internet, water and electricity expenses, complex maintenance fee.

The renting price includes a parking place in the inner yard.

On the day of accommodation, you need to pay a damage deposit, amount of one month rent. The deposit will be given back to you in the day of departure if no damages are found. The agency’s commission equals to 50 % from the first month rent, paid once.
