Varna is the largest city in northern Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is the third largest city in Bulgaria and the centre of municipality and district. Varna is a port city and is often referred to as "Sea Capital of Bulgaria." The city is the headquarters of institutions such as the Maritime Administration, Admiralty Bulgarian Army. Varna is a major cultural centre with developed tourism, being a starting point for many resorts on the north coast.
The hotel can boast with its unique atmosphere, comfort and quality service. There is a lobby bar at the disposal of the hotel as well as free of charge room service. Large roof terrace is a favorite spot for the morning coffee. Just as name of the hotel suggests, its location is perfect, being close to the main boulevard, center shopping area and restaurants. You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 5000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The company charges 3% agency commission, payable at signing of the Preliminary contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
