Reservation Procedure
You could reserve an apartment in this building immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 7 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

Our agency charges 3% commission for these apartments.

Payment Plan
• Reservation deposit of 2000 Euro (non-refundable).
• 80% upon signing the Preliminary Contract. The 3% agency commission should also be paid at that stage.
• 20% upon full completion of the property and receiving the Notary Act (2 000 Euro deposit will be subtracted from this installment). This installment should be paid not later than 31 March 2010.

Promotional prices for apartment 8 and apartment 10: EUR 59 000 each, without the furnishing. Discount of the property management fees for these two apartments- EUR 1200 per apartment per year.
