The house that we offer is located in District Marina. It is located in the Southeastern part of the golf course. It is separated from the sea only by a small strip of land and due to this area enjoys picturesque views of the coast in all directions. The port area is the most luxurious in the resort. It offers both privacy and luxury for which you dream. At the same time the region is close to all attractions in the Lighthouse complex. Perched on top of towering cliffs, the Port District offers spectacular views. Imagine the feeling of waking up in the morning and to see the blue expanse of sea. You can relax and enjoy the view from sunrise to sunset.

The land to the house is 400 sq.m., the house itself has a total area of 360 sq. m, the distribution on the floors is as follows:

First floor: Living room in one with a built-in kitchen and dining area, fireplace with fireplace area, bathroom with shower cabin, in one with toilet, three indoor and one open terraces. There is a garage on this level.

Second floor: Four furnished bedrooms, three bathrooms with fitted shower cabins and two furnished terraces, one open, the other closed.

Reservation of property
House 'Marina' can be booked immediately with a deposit of 50 % from the entire amount due for the chosen period of stay. The remaining amount shall be paid on the day of accommodation.

The rental price for one month stay, depending on the season is as follows:

When renting for one month - € 100 per night
When renting for one week - € 150 per night
When renting for 1-6 nights - € 200 per night

Rental prices in April and October:
When renting for one month - € 120 per night
When renting for one week - € 200 per night
When renting for 1-6 nights - € 250 per night

Rental prices in May and September:
When renting for one month - € 150 per night
When renting for one week - € 250 per night
When renting for 1-6 nights - € 300 per night

Rental prices in June, July and August:
When renting for one month - € 180 per night
When renting for one week - € 300 per night
When renting for 1-6 nights - € 350 per night

Renting a house for more than 7 or 14 nights is negotiable.

The house has a capacity to accommodate up to 8 people.

The announced rental price includes all consumables: water, TV, internet, maintenance of the yard and pool, current, except for the heating season ( from November to March).

On the day of accommodation due to a damage deposit, which will be returned on departure if there are no damages found.

The house is given for rent fully furnished and equipped.
