Description of the complex

This residential complex- Black Sea Breeze- is located in the resort area of Varna, 300 m away from the highway Varna-Golden Sands and next to the Evksinograd Residency. It is set 4 km from the city center and 14 km away from Varna International Airport. The closest beach is only 10 min walking distance- it is a small sand beach with a port for fish boats.

Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
