"St. St. Constantine and Elena " is the oldest Bulgarian Black Sea resort. It is located 8 km north of Varna. It is usually visited by Bulgarian and Russian tourists. There are many entertainment places - internet cafe, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, race track, water sports, jet ski, surfing and more. In the complex are functioning: police station, post office, pharmacy, gas station and health center, there are regular transport lines from the railway station and city center.

The apartment is in a unique luxury complex with swimming pool, walking paths, gardens and 400 meters from the beach and coastline. The residential complex offers round the clock presence of a doorman, pool, video intercom system, air conditioning, cable TV, cleaning and maintenance of the park, underground and ground parking.

It is located on the fourth floor on an area of 72 sq. m. Reservation
Apartment "Lyudmila" can be booked with a deposit of 200 Euro. The Remaining amount shall be paid on the day of accommodation.
The minimum rental period is one week or seven nights.

The rental price is 69 Euro for one day stay and include:
Electricity, water, cable TV, Internet.

On the day of accommodation shall be paid 150 Euro deposit, which will be returned on departure, if no damages were found and after paying utility costs.
