Characteristics of the studio
Bright and spacious, the studio is situated on the the ground floor. With living area of 30 sq.m, the studio consists of a living room with kitchen area and two beds, a large bathroom/wc and an "English yard" type terrace. The apartment is offered completely furnished with all electrical appliances such as fridge, washing machine, microwave, hotplates, cofee machine and air-conditioner. There is also cable TV and cable Internet connection in the studio.
The bathroom/wc is fully furnished with a shower, toilet, sink and boiler.

Allocated parking space is available in front of the building.
