Main pedestrian boulevard “Knyaz Boris I”, the most famous pedestrian street in the city with some of the most luxurious boutiques and cafes is located here.

The apartment can be reserved by paying one month’s rent. On the day of arrival a refundable deposit is due to be paid.

Rental price

The rental price does not include such consumables as electricity, water, cable TV, Internet, maintenance of the common parts.

Rental price as per period of stay:
• 310 euros per month with 450 euros damage deposit for long term (1 year)
• 700 euros per month with 600 euros damage deposit for short term (1 month).
