Reservation Procedure
You could make a reservation immediately by paying one monthly rent. On the day of accommodation you should also pay refundable damage deposit of three monthly rents.

Rental price
The long-term rental price of the house is 1500 Euro per month without VAT. This price does not include the utility costs for electricity, water, TV, Internet, maintenance of the garden and the pool.
