Vertu: Unique Apartments
Vertu is a gated complex that comprises of an impressive, high quality collection of three separate residential buildings, featuring a landscaped garden and secure access. Space in all the apartments has been carefully used and now all units come with functional layouts including spacious and bright living rooms, with special place for open-plan kitchens and dining areas, which are slightly isolated but at the same time comfortably connected to the lounge zone. The layouts are organized in such a way that all the premises in the complex face south and thus will be warm and sunny, while all service rooms like bathrooms, toilets, walk-in wardrobes, corridors and staircases are set to the north. Further each of the apartments has a private terrace with views over the region and the complex.
Every property unit comes with at least two underground parking lots and one storage area, which are included in the total price of the corresponding property. • Window frames - highest quality of "METRA" (Italian origin) and special sun-protected lamella blinds on all windows (German origin).
• Front and interior doors of the apartments will be type "TRE-PIU" (Italian origin), and there will be different color options – dark brown or walnut. Such doors will be installed in the cellars as well.
• Each apartment will have a system for fire-notification. On the ground floor, in the Spa centre and in the parking area there will be a system for fire-extinguishing.
• All water meters will be connected to a special electronic system, which will allow remote reading from the security guard's office.
• Each bathroom will be completed with tiles from "PORCELANOSSA", and a preparation for fitting of built-in sanitary ware will be made. The bathrooms will have suspended ceilings with the possibility for built-in lighting and own ventilation system.
• Each apartment will have a 5 cm thick insulation on the floor.
• The bright areas in the apartments will be 2.85 meters, which is approximately 20-25 cm more than the standard used in the new buildings.
• The SPA centre will be fully equipped and shall include: massage rooms, Turkish Bath Sauna, large Jacuzzi area, fitness hall, reception desk.
• On the ground floor of Block A will be a dry cleaning centre.
