Description of the project: Trade area (trade center - one big area or separate shops) and offices located on the first 6 floors, with height of each floor of 3.5 m, elevation 0.00 m to 21.15 m.
Above the trade areas there are 19 residential floors with height of each floor of 2.80 m, with a total of 57 apartments (3 on each floor) from elevation 21.15 m to 74.35 m. From elevation 74.35 m to 79.00 m there will be a panoramic lobby bar and above it a pole banner with a height of 11.78 m.

There are a few variants for the type of the construction and the standard of the finishing works as each option can be discussed between the partners with the aim of optimizing the project and its cost depending on the current situation on the market or the requirements of the buyer of the ready product.
