Business Center ‘Todor Alexandrov’

Business Center ‘Todor Alexandov’ is situated on the boulevard bearing the same name. It comprises of two main buildings, one being seven-stories high and the other one being eleven stories high. On the ground floor of the business center are situated several shops and a conference hall, while on the top, eleventh floor is located a large panoramic conference hall with a terrace. The business center has impressive design and glass façade, as well as two panoramic elevators that are facing the boulevard. It covers all the requirements for Class A business centers and will thus guarantee to its future tenants prestige and a feeling of comfort, security and peaceful working environment. Some of the specifications available include: fire alarm and fire precaution system, ID card control of the entrance and 24-hour security service through video surveillance.
