Luximmo Finest Estates offers for rent 5 fully furnished and air-conditioned houses in gated complex with a swimming pool. The houses feature typical architecture. They consist of a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villas are part of a small complex of 9 houses with communal swimming pool filled with mineral water, just 100 meters from the beach. There are several restaurants and shops on the territory of the complex.

If you like peaceful bays and less commercial beaches, this is your place. But if this is not sufficient, Balchik and Kavarna are only 5-10 minutes away by car. Capacity of every villa is 7 people.

Villas furniture and supplies: bed linen and towels, kitchen oven, hob, fridge, washing machine , toaster, kettle , cutlery and crockery. Barbecue. Internet , cable TV.

You can book the property by paying a deposit amounting half the price for the length of the stay.
Refundable damage deposit amounting € 100, has to be paid on the check-in day.
