Balchik is a small seaside town in Northern Bulgaria which combines the romance of its steep streets with the beauty of the sea. The house is brick-built with reinforced concrete construction, on one level. The roof is flat with a concrete waterproof layer, which may be planted with ryegrass planted to achieve the standard passive housea. The outer layer insulation is 4 cm, covered with decorative plaster, inside there is a plasterboard with 5 cm mineral wool.
