The family hotel Enitsa has seven triple rooms, three double rooms, a studio and three apartments. The apartments have two separate rooms and terraces and the bathroom with toilet is shared. All of the rooms are equipped with a mini bar, a LCD TV set with cable TV (58 channels), air conditioning, inverter French radiator on the wall for additional heating, central heating with a radiator under the window, French furniture in each room and suite, as the colors and decors are consistent to the style of the rooms.

The ground floor of the hotel consists of a reception, a large office for business meetings, a beauty center for all kinds of treatments, a fitness with two separate bathrooms (male and female), a conference hall with 30 seats, a lobby bar for 40 people with an outdoor terrace for more 20 people and two separate toilets (male and female).

On level -1 there is a large restaurant with 160 seats, as the premise itself can be separated into two premises for 80 people. It has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen to all the European standards.

The garden, which is located at the inner side of the hotel, is connected to the restaurant and it has strategic location as it is not visible from the road and there are no buildings from its western and eastern sides. The hotel is bordering the river Vit at the southern side. There are a swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 x 1.4 m and a children's swimming pool - 3 x 3 x 04 meters with a modern system of water purification. There are two showers, two toilets, a dressing room, 22 lounges, a summer terrace with 60 seats and nightlighting of the whole court and two swimming pools.

The first floor of the hotel has five triple rooms, a studio, one double room and one apartment. The second floor - two suites, two double rooms and two triple ones. Here are two triple rooms for finishing.

The hotel has its own parking lot for 20 cars and for three large buses. The building also has 6 solar panels, which have the capacity for heating 1500 liters of water. The additional two independent water hydrophores have capacity of 8000 litres clean water. The central electricity heating throughout the hotel is running at 50 degrees throughout the winter and maintain 26 degrees in all the rooms and corridors.

The building is very well insulated with outside insulation of 8 cm styrofoam and inside insulation of 3 cm fiber. The 5-chamber window frames have 3-ply tinted windows in golden oak colour.
