The complex is located first line from the sea and just a few minutes walk to the Botanical garden and the former residency of the Romanian Queen Maria.

Description of the area
Balchik is a resort town situated in north-eastern Bulgaria, which combines romantic cliffy streets and the sea with its wonderful sand beaches. The city is placed amphitheatre around a small bay in the north of the Black sea and entice the tourist with its historical monuments as well with its 3 new built golf course. Here you can visit the Botanical Garden, which is the number one on the Balkan for manifold plants. Balchik is famous for its international marina - the third biggest marina in Bulgaria. • Near "Tuzlata" - popular megalopolis with hot mineral sources and healing mud;
• 10 km from Albena and 20 km from Golden Sands – two of the biggest resorts on the black sea coast;

• 13 km from the national preserved area “Baltata” and Kranevo – a charming small village with bride beaches and an unique combination of sea and forest;

The complex
The building was put into operation in July 2011. The complex offers panoramic apartments with area from 47 to 120 sq.m.
The complex was built with quality materials, natural cladding stone, and granite in common areas. The exterior walls are insulated. Open roof terrace is thermo-, hydro- , steam- insulated.
Hot water for all apartments is provided by solar batteries, which saves the cost of the owners of electric water heater. Each owner will be charged for hot water, if there is not enough solar energy accumulated, but generally it is lower, than the cost of heating with electricity only.
There is a special technology, installed in the swimming pool, which salinates the water and thus, makes the chlorine smell, typical of the public pools, disappear.
There are studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments (two bathrooms) in the complex. There is a possibility of merging two neighboring apartments. RESERVATION
This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
