Sveti Ivan (St. Ivan) SPA Complex is situated at the foot of Pirin Mountain, in the southern part of the resort of Bansko and east of the ski slopes. Thanks to its high and terraced position the complex offers magnificent view to the town and to the Rila, Pirin and Rhodopi Mountains.

Sveti Ivan SPA Complex consists of 8 blocks with apartments and an apartment hotel. In the complex there are a servicing center, a shop, an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, a spa center and food and leisure spots. The driveway provides access to the hotel part and to the underground and above ground parking lots. The five-storey buildings form secluded relaxation areas with lush greenery, an outdoor pool and a restaurant.

The project was developed in 5 main levels as the construction follows the relief of the plot. The architecture is in keeping with the rich local traditions and uses as a base materials and details typical for the region and namely, a combination of stonework, wooden siding, wooden balconies and details on the roofs.
